I wish to congratulate you and your contractors on a job well done, your design is impeccable and its execution is commendable.
Each of your contractors have surpassed themselves. The hidden trades (plumbers, electricians and builders) have done a marvellous job. The worksurface being raised and incorporating the sill is amazing and the lighting - what an improvement!! The finish on the painting and wall papering is unbelievable. Your bricklayer has made a really good job of bricking up the side of the window in the utility room and your plasterer was quick and efficient. They all worked well together resulting in the lovely kitchen and utility room you have created.
But none of this would have been possible without your clever design. The wall cupboards hiding the stairs look great, the magic hide away door is perfect and the way you have incorporated existing doors and frames means such a lot to us as they have a particularly sentimental value.
You have spent a lot of time on site and carried out all our requests with understanding, kindness and professionalism.
Well done to you Robert and all your contractors. I will not hesitate to recommend your company in the future.
